A celebration honouring some of the industry’s most beloved bars that have recently closed, bringing them back for a series of guest takeovers. Throughout the festival, The Cocktail Trading Co. will host friends from these institutions, giving space to revisit their signature style and raise a glass in tribute.

• Monday 13th – Natural Philosopher with Josh Powell & Matteo Pozzuto

• Tuesday 14th – Orchid with Daniel Elphinstone

• Friday 17th – Hoot the Redeemer with Cara Watson & Alex Vuckovic

• Sunday 19th – Milk & Honey with Pierre-Marie Bisson & Dorothy Lam
