About Bar Queens - Launched two years ago in partnership with Lillet and SIP, Bar Queens began as a competition with a mission: to give women (+) a supportive entry point into the bartending and hospitality world, helping them gain confidence, hands-on experience, and visibility.
What started as a local, grassroots initiative has blossomed into a national programme by 2025, investing deeply in the next generation of talent.And this is just the beginning, Bar Queens 2026 is already in motion, building on this momentum to continue opening doors, raising voices, and shaping a more inclusive future for the bar world.
