WHY WE LOVE THIS BAR...
At KOL, they source and celebrate the finest expressions of British ingredients, championing wild food and seasonality to create dishes that reflect the bright, fresh flavours of Mexican cooking. The bar downstairs is no different and so much love has been poured into these drinks. Championing the diversity of Mexican spirits, bar manager Matthias Ingelmann crafts unique cocktails infused with wild, seasonal ingredients sourced from the British Isles, like homemade sloe mezcal. The space is so beautiful - concrete with traditional Mexican touches. The back bar is also something to be marvelled at. We really love this bar.
