WHY WE LOVE THIS BAR...

Honouring the hotel’s history, Bar 190’s interior incorporates many of the authentic Victorian attributes while blending in a healthy dose of rock 'n' roll in the best way possible. The walls are adorned with photographs from the Rolling Stone’s album launch party for 'Beggar’s Banquet', which was hosted there back in 1968. So it’s authentically edgy - albeit juxtaposed. Delicious drinks alongside some British music royalty. Definitely worth a look.

This London Cocktail Week, Bar 190 invites you behind the curtain with The Backstage, a cocktail that captures both the mystery and magnetism of rock ’n’ roll. Crafted from the dark complexity of Dispense Amaro, the smooth warmth of Monkey Shoulder whisky, the vibrant edge of Aperol, and a bright dash of fresh lemon juice, it is a drink that plays in perfect harmony.

Served exclusively during the cocktail week, The Backstage embodies the essence of Bar 190: bold, sophisticated, and forever tied to the legends who made and still make this Kensington bar their stage. Step inside, order The Backstage, and taste the cocktail that’s as unforgettable as the encore.
